 Your home will be marketed in the MLS, Home Websites (ask about our Luruxry Home Advertising) and on-line Magazines, Realtor and Brokerage Websites, Social Media, Team Websites, all featuring interactive virtual floor plan tours, community information, photo montages and property specific QR code.  We also provide links to your home's webpage with color photographs, virtual tour and detailed information.

 

Yard Sign

 A yard sign will be placed at roadside; your home’s personal QR code will be placed on the sign that potential Buyers can scan from their vehicle and that is  linked to photos, listing information, interactive virtual floor plan tour and our team’s contact information.  

 

Open Houses

Suzanne and her seasoned team of Open House Professionals will hold your home open to the public each week or as designated by you to increase the exposure of your home to potential Buyers.  Open Houses are selling houses!

 

Brokers' Open House
